Payment/Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit or payment in full holds your spot and is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Full payment is due two weeks before an event and is non-refundable unless a replacement is found. Events have a limited number of participants and are filled by first deposits received. If a clinic is full, ask to be placed on the waiting list. You never know if something opens up last minute.

Specific Paddock request are assigned based on first paid in full. Stalls are selected on arrival. There is no charge for stall or paddock use.
